Obituary for Barbara J. Pritz (Garner)
Barbara Jane Pritz, nee Garner, 74, of Lebanon, Ill., suddenly passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020. Her unexpected death leaves her family heartbroken.
Barbara was born on June 12, 1945, in Centralia, Illinois. She shared her birthday with her beloved grandson, Justin, who preceded her in death in 2010. They are now reunited in heaven.
Spending time with family, both near and far, brought Barbara joy. Simple pleasures such as dancing, walking on the beach, playing with her grandchildren, and watching NASCAR races made her happy. If any were ever in need, she was the first one to come be by their side.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Rowland; mother, Billie Jo Reid, and father, Elmer Luther Garner; brother, Loren J. Reid, Jr., and sister, Deborah Hazel; grandparents, Marvin T. and Ruby Mae, nee Barry, Durham.
Surviving are her husband, Albert Louis Pritz III; children, Kathy Raymer (Jamie) Browne of Savannah, GA, Kelly Raymer (Zeke) Eckersen of Parrish, FL, Tammy (Mark) Roe of Glendale, AZ, Regina (Tom) Piazza of Destin, FL, Albert Louis Pritz IV of Dallas, TX, and Jason (Andrea) Pritz of Belleville, IL; grandchildren, Emily Browne, Hannah Rowland, Brianna Rowland Cass, Jennifer Burnheimer, Elizabeth, Jack, and Caroline Piazza, Aereona, Dakota, and Destin Pritz, Brooklyn, Alexander, and Annabelle Pritz; great grandchildren, Riley and Kaley Burnheimer; sisters, Amelia McCoy and Mary Akin; brothers, John Garner and Jacque (Jacquelynn) Reid; aunt, Mary Jane Nash.
