He was born January 23, 1969 in Upland, CA, the son of Alice Kay (McCormick) and the late Billie Joe Burris. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Diana Burris.
Also surviving are four children: Billy Joe, III, Jacob Dylan, Isabel Grace and Cobey Daniel.
