Obituary for Blaise J. Sarkesian
Blaise J. Sarkesian, age 72, of Belleville, died at 8:25 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh.
He was born May 3, 1948 in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Mueller) Sarkesian.
Blaise is survived by his wife and best friend, Patricia (Kearns) Sarkesian, whom he married June 14, 1974. Also surviving are his loving sister, Margaret Ann (Jack) Amann of Belleville; a sister-in-law, Corea Buck of Millstadt; a brother-in-law, Mike Kearns of Georgia; his loving friend and caretaker, Sherry Deien of Trenton; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loyal companion and support dog, Sir Oliver Duke, aka, Ollie.
Mr. Sarkesian was a veteran of the US Army, and worked as a heating and cooling technician.
