Obituary for Bonnie L. Wild (Schneider)
Bonnie Wild (Schneider) of O'Fallon IL, died peacefully in her sleep on July 9, 2022, at the age of 90.
She was born on March 28, 1932 in Prairie du Rocher IL to William H and Esther (Brown) Schneider.
Bonnie was a very independent woman who raised three girls on her own. They survive; Debra (Jeff) Gwin, O'Fallon IL, Linda (Jay McCormick) Presler, Campbell Hill IL, and Kathy Ross (Special friend Scot), Ocala, FL.
She is also survived by six grandchildren; Basil (Irina) Shelton, O'Fallon IL, Wendy Shelton, O'Fallon IL, Michael (Ashley) Shelton, Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Jason Oller, Ocala, FL, Angela (Darren) Beste, Waterloo, IL, Jennifer (Jason) Duensing, Prairie du Rocher, IL, ten great grandchildren and sisters-in-law; Betty and Lorna Schneider, Prairie du Rocher, IL
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, William and Edward Schneider, both of Prairie du Rocher and two sons-in-law, Mark Presler, Prairie du Rocher and Harold Ross, Manhattan KS
Bonnie was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Belleville IL. She worked many secretarial jobs through the years, until her retirement from a Scott Air Force Base civil service position. Bonnie was very proud of her Real Estate Brokers license working for Century 21 and Nester Real Estate Agencies. She also worked part time at Culver's Restaurant in O'Fallon until 2021.
Bonnie wishes were to be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
