Caroline P. Grose, age 91, of Belleville, formerly of Foley, AL, died at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Four Fountains Nursing Home in Belleville. She was born December 26, 1926 in Chicago, daughter of the late Karl and Anna (Weisner) Sievers. She married Lee A. Grose, Sr. He preceded her in death in 2011.

She is survived by five children: Carol Bottoms of Belleville, Lee A. (Nancy) Grose, Jr. of Belvidere, IL, Martin J. (Ann) Grose of Itasca, IL, James (Karen) Grose of Poplar Grove IL and William Grose of Foley, AL; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Grose was preceded in death by five siblings.

Caroline was a life member of the VFW Post 5658 Ladies Auxiliary in Elberta, AL.

Services will be held at a later date. Her remains will be cremated and interred next to her husband in Pensacola, FL.
