Charles E. Baer, age 66, of Lebanon, died Saturday, January 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born September 27, 1951 in Belleville, the son of the late Russell and Annette (Doty) Baer.

He is survived by two daughters: Teri Baer of Lebanon and Tracy Baer of Fairview Heights; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers: Jack Brock, Robert Baer and Kenneth Jackson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Albert “Butch” Doty.
