Donald Milton Wright, 64 of Caseyville, IL died on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at his residence.

Donald was born on July 12, 1956 at Christian Welfare Hospital in E. St. Louis, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald S. and Virginia M. (Davis) Wright and his sister Doris June Burroughs. He is survived by three daughters: Shannon, Laurie (Matt), and Sarah (Robert); seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; Debbie Wright, the mother of his children and the love of his life; and his two furry companions Bella and Jack. Donald has five sisters – Carla Leveling, Donna (Clancy) Norberg, Frances Mandeville, Karen Davis, and Vicki (Chuck) McClain. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Donald served as a Combat Engineer when he was in the Army. His remains were cremated, with private graveside services and internment at St. John’s Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.

A memorial will be held on Sunday, May 2nd from 12:00-4:00 for family and friends at Caseyville Moose Lodge #4, 8550 Bunkum Rd. Caseyville, IL.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help with the expenses.
