Obituary for Frank Vargas
Frank Vargas, age 57, of Vienna, IL, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2019 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
He was born May 25, 1962 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Carlos Alberto and Isabel Filoman (Villar) Vargas.
Mr. Vargas is survived by two children: Frank Vargas and Christopher Vargas; and four brothers: Carlos, Carmen, John and Leonard Vargas.
There will be no services.
