Obituary for Gary Lee Matthews
Gary Lee Matthews, age 62, of Greenville, died at 2:50 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2020 at his residence.
He was born April 6, 1958 in Reno, IL, the son of the late Dean and Thelma (Darlin) Matthews.
Gary is survived by his former wife, Donna Matthews of Greenville; two children: Christina Matthews of Smithboro, IL and Wendy (Larry) Dohogne of Joplin, MO; three grandchildren: Daniel Lattina, Keeli Sanders and Arya Richmond; and six siblings: Deanna (Larry) Scott of St. Helens, OR, Judy (Vernon) Pryor of Greenville, Elsie (James) Brandt of Posey, IL, Beverly Porter of Pocahontas, IL, Mike (Kathy) Matthews of Greenville and Roger Matthews of Greenville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by six siblings.
