Dear Kim and Brian,
Your Dad and Mom were very good friends who supported me for many years while I served the community. They were always so friendly to talk to and visit with in my office or out and about the town. Your mom especially could spot me a mile off and I was always surprised when I visited another person her neighborhood she would approach me next time we met and say, “ I saw you the other day at such and such house.” And I would respond please don’t tell my wife. And she would get a good laugh out of that response. I would see your dad around town every now and then and we would chat about you guys or the park. After retiring almost 4 1/2 years ago I haven’t run into him lately especially we the local grocery store closing a few years which was our meeting place most often. I’m glad you guys are back in town and I see your family has grown and I’m sure your kids are pretty big now if not out of the house yet. I’m sure I’ll miss you in the store because I not know you but if you see me about town please let me know who you are so I’ll know y’all next time. New grocery store so I’m sure we’ll run tnto each other. I know you’ll miss family but hopefully BriN’s family is still around and the kids can enjoy his family. God Blessed y’all and please remember I really appreciated your Dad and Mom slot during our years of friendship. Sincerely. Chuck DeLorme
