Obituary for James Floyd Duffie
James Floyd Duffie, age 73, of Coulterville, IL, died Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Belleville Memorial Hospital.
He was born September 12, 1947, the son of the late James T. and Louise Duffie. He married Charlotte Kempfer December 31, 1978. She preceded him in death September 7, 2014.
James is survived by two step-children: Charles J. (Rhiannon) Williams, Jr. of Coulterville and Charlene (the late Bobby) Smith of Tilden, IL; six grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Mr. Duffie was a coal miner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
