James D. Mulligan, age 66, of Belleville, died Tuesday, February 18, 202 at his residence.

He was born July 2, 1953 in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of the late Arthur and Charlotte (Ketterer) Mulligan.

James is survived by a son, Jimmy Mulligan; and a sister, Kelly Haxton (fiancé John Bates) of Worden, Illinois.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Casey Mulligan; and a sister, Cheryl Gaines.

Mr. Mulligan was a veteran of the US Army. His remains will be cremated and no services will be held.
