Kara M. Moxley, age 66, of New Athens, died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at her residence. She was born January 25, 1951 in Weatherford, OK, the daughter of the late Charlie Wilburn and Margie Lou (Gilchrist) Moxley. She is survived by a daughter, Marquitta Moxley of Oklahoma; and a brother, Kregg Moxley of Fairview Heights.
