Obituary for Nancy L. Bess (Winning)
Nancy L. Bess, age 86, of O’Fallon, died at 9:23 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2022 at Mar Ka Nursing Home in Mascoutah.
She was born August 17, 1936 in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of the late Walter and Eleanor (Luchsinger) Winning.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kristopher R. Bess; two grandchildren: Eric Pelate and Conner Hackleman; and a sister, Joanne Ungard.
Surviving is a daughter, Cynthia Hackleman of O’Fallon; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Kalmer Memorial Services, located on Rt. 50 between Lebanon and O’Fallon; followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory in Belleville.
