Obituary for Nedra C. Clark (Akin)
Nedra C. Clark, age 64, of Freeburg, died Thursday, February 10, 2022 at her residence.
She was born January 26, 1958 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Charlie Akin of Poplar Bluff, MO and Beverly “Sue” (Carman) Akin of Cahokia, IL.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Freddie Clark; two children: Christine (Spence) Heywood of Cibolo, TX and William Michael Adams of Glen Carbon, IL; two grandchildren: Madelyn Adams and Elizabella Heywood; four siblings: Diana (Ron) Robinson of Bowling Green, KY, Tammy (Clifford) Hoss of East Carondalet, IL, Doug (the late Sandra) Akin of Waterloo, IL and Kenny Akin of Cahokia; one half-brother, Alan Akin of Poplar Bluff, MO; and two half-siblings: Greg Melahn of Missouri; and Judy Melahn, also of Missouri.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
