Obituary for Norma Mae Brown (McCormick)
Norma Mae Brown, age 86, died Sunday Aug. 30, 2020 at Mt. Vernon Health Care, Mt. Vernon, IL. She was born July 25, 1934 in Carvat, IL, the daughter of the late George and Etta (Gosby) McCormick. Norma was preceded in death by her husband: James T. Brown and one son David Brown.
She is survived by one daughter: Pam Martin of Irvington, IL; two grandchildren: Erica Brown of Centralia, IL and Bart Brown of Centralia, IL; three great grandchildren: Isaac Washington, Anthony Brown and Aubrianna Brown; one daughter-in-law, Willetta Brown of Centralia, IL; one brother, Floyd McCormick of Centralia, IL; one sister-in-law, Linda McCormick of Centralia, IL; two nieces: Bambi Arybon of Irvington, IL and Vickie Hanz of TX.
Plans are being made for a Virtual Celebration of Life on ZOOM. Date and time has not been finalized.
