Obituary for Patricia K. Combs (Bunting)
Patricia K. Combs, age 77, of Lebanon, IL, died Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Mar Ka Nursing Home in Mascoutah.
She was born March 11, 1944 in Albion, IL, the daughter of the late George T. and Hazel K. (Nash) Bunting. She married William Eugene Combs September 21, 1962. He preceded her in death August 16, 2017.
She is survived by her four children: Brian Combs of Freeburg, IL, Bruce Combs of Darmstadt, IL, Jeana Engelke of Belleville and Holly (Greg) Williamson of Belleville; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and three siblings: Joyce Paris of Albion, IL, Jerry Bunting of Owensville, MO and Dale Bunting of Bone Gap, IL.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers: Tom, Ron, Dick and Bob Bunting.
According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated. Burial of her remains will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Belleville. A dinner in her memory will follow at the Mascoutah Visitor's Center, 200 E. Main St., Mascoutah, IL.
