Richard (Rich) Allan Norris of Highland, Illinois, passed away at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, Mo. on October 8, 2019. Rich was born in Newark, Ohio on May 5, 1941 to Evelyn Virginia (Stevens) and Guy Thomas Norris. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Rich is survived by Sandra Gaebe, his loving wife since May of 1976. He is also survived by children Chris Norris, Bloomington, IL., Karen Smith-Norris, Renton, WA.,and Sheri Ackerberg, Clarksville Tn., and was predeceased by Guy and Virginia Norris.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Cultural Hall, Glen Carbon, IL., 62034, on October, 26, 2019 at 10:00 am.
