Thomas M. Hazzard, age 59, of Belleville, died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 15, 1956 in St. Louis, the son of Jack and Dolores (Kanarr) Hazzard. He is survived by a daughter, Megan Hazzard of Mascoutah; two grandchildren: Kenzleigh and Emma; one brother, Tim Hazzard of Arnold, MO; and two sisters: Laura Fischer of Texas and Linda Burnett of Florida.

Mr. Hazzard worked as a janitor at the St. Clair County Courthouse. No services will be held.
