Obituary for Thomas L. Sherman
Thomas L. Sherman, age 82, of Marine, passed away at 6:05 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2020 at his residence.
He was born March 18, 1937 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of the late Leo and Rhea (McLam) Sherman.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Ann Sherman, nee Edwards, whom he married September 23, 1989.
Surviving are his daughter, Lynn Silvers of Grand Rapids, Michigan; and three step children: Steve (Kristina) Lynn of Troy, James (Lara) Lynn of Marine and Diana Lynn of St. Jacob.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Salem United Church of Christ, 1117 West North St., Alhambra, IL.
