Obituary for William B. "Bill" Kampwerth
William B. Kampwerth, age 75, of St. Rose, died Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO.
He was born July 26, 1945 in Breese, the son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Benhoff) Kampwerth. He married Eileen Santel. She survives.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Dale (Tara) Kampwerth of St. Rose; one sister, Mary (Bob) Hellige of Highland; two brothers-in-law: Elmer Jansen of St. Rose and Steven (Rosie) Santel of Damiansville; and a sister-in-law, Marilyn (Albert) Tebbe of St. Rose.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, JoAnn Jansen; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Santel.
According to his wishes, his remains will be cremated and no service will be held.
