Obituary for William A. Pitman
William A. Pitman, age 62, of South Roxana, IL, died Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his residence.
He was born September 20, 1958 in Granite City, IL, the son of the late William and Melva (Weller) Pitman. He married Judith Kettinger. She survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Elizabeth (John) Emig of Maryville, IL; one grandchild, Verity Emig; and two sisters: Donna (Dennis) Jackson of Georgia and Kathleen (John) Zeller of Rochester, MN.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sheron Gray.
Mr. Pitman was an electrical engineer for JF Electric in Edwardsville and was an avid, life-long fan of sports.
