Robert V. Atkinson, Jr., age 45, of Cahokia, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at his residence. He was born May 27, 1969 in Belleville, the son of Betty (Rodgers) Atkinson of Cahokia and the late Robert V. Atkinson, Sr. Besides his mother, he is survived by five sisters: Peggy (James) Sartin of Bradenton, FL, Sandra (the late Richard) Groves of Mehlville, MO, Robin (Kevin) Hake of Hazelwood, MO, Lonnie (Andrew) Dixon of Bradenton, FL and Carolyn Atkinson of Bradenton, FL.

Mr. Atkinson will be cremated and a private service will be held.
