Cathy S. Dressler, age 62, of Mascoutah, died at 9:09 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville with her family by her side. She was born May 9, 1951 in Belleville, the daughter of Juanita (Jones) Haas Barker of Bayonet Point, FL, and the late Carl Titze. Besides her mother, she is survived by two children: Jason (Kendra) Dressler of Mascouth and Tina (Derrick) Crockett, also of Mascoutah; three grandchildren: Jackson Dressler, and Blane and Makayla Crockett; two brothers: Carl Michael (Leah) Titze of Silverdale, WA and Bradley (Mandy) Titze of O'Fallon, IL; and her former husband, Paul Dressler. She was preceded in death by two step-fathers: Urban "Blondie" Haas and George "Dolph" Barker.

Cathy was a 1969 graduate of Mascoutah High School and worked for Pizza Hut in Mascoutah for 16 years.

According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated and a private family graveside service will be held at Mascoutah City Cemetery.
