Obituary for Dixie Ledford (Blume)
Dixie Ledford, age 62, of Lebanon, died at 8:05 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2015 at Relais Bonne Eau Hospice in Edwardsville. She was born in Barnwell, South Caroline September 27, 1953, the daughter of James Otis Blume and the late Mildred Louise Lewis. Besides her father, she is survived by two children: Tammy (Dennis) Stout of Lebanon and Krista (Adrian) Missey of Belleville; three grandchildren: Brandon, Paige and Olivia; and three siblings: Linda McMurchie, James Blume and Roger Blume, all of South Carolina. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Blume.
There will be no services. Cremation rites will be accorded.
