Gertrude B. Smith, age 66, of Lebanon, died at 10:20 a.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Lebanon C are Center in Lebanon. She was born September 17, 1946 in Carlinville, IL the daughter of the late Melvin and Lucille Moore


She married Gerald E. Smith, Sr., June 3, 1965 in Virden, IL. He survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Kimberly (Brian) Morris of Jacksonville, NC; four grandchildren: Kelli, Tiffany, Shane, and Jordan Morris; and a brother, William "Bill" (Jenny) Morath of Atlanta, GA.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald E. Smith, Jr.

There will be no services. According to her wishes her remains will be cremated.
