The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hope Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

crazy trips and fun times

I met hope when I was 7/8 years old. She lived not to far from me. She had this ugly ugly little dog the kind that was so ugly it was cute. She was smiling even then. All of the memory's I have she is always smiling. I never seen her down. Even when she lived in Pinckneyville she was smiling. I went over there one night and hung out and talked for a few hours. We had a few drinks and it was an absolute blast. Its one of the last few times I seen her. She was a good hearted person. And I will miss her so much. I will cherish the memories I have with her.
