Janet M. White
Janet M. White, age 55, of Belleville, formerly of Trenton, died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. She was born October 27, 1959 in Belleville, the daughter of Evelyn L. (Mueller) Bugger of Highland and the late Wilbur G. Bugger. She married Steven White April 25, 2008. He survives. Also surviving are two sisters: Betty Pish and her husband, Fremont Holzinger of Highland and Rita (Rick) Renner of Lebanon; one brother, Bob Bugger of Coulterville, IL; three sister-in-laws: Leilani Cameron Kelly (and her daughter, Angela) of Springfield MO, Sylvia Cotter of Belleville, and Angela (Chris) Kemper (and their son, Matt) of St. Louis; three nieces: Carlene Pish, Megan Pish and Kelly Strieker; and three nephews: John (Angela) Renner, Dave (Dell) Renner and Tom Bugger. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a niece, Michele Pish.

Mrs. White was a 1977 graduate of Wesclin High School in Trenton. She was an optician and worked in eye care for most of her career. Anyone who knew Jan knew she wasn't shy about saying what she thought. She loved to bass fish, and was an exceptional gardener and cook. She also loved camping, boating, bird watching, all animals and riding horses. Jan fought cancer like she lived her life - to the end.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. April 26, 2015 at the Mascoutah Sportsman's Club. All friends are invited to attend. May she rest in peace.
