Obituary for Juanita ""Sue"" Barton
Juanita "Sue" Barton, age 67, of Belleville, died at 9:40 p.m. Monday, January 27, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. She was born December 22, 1946 in Evansville, IN, the daughter of the late Oliver and Mary (Stevens) Farber. She married Donald Barton, Sr. December 23, 1983. He preceded her in death in 2010. She is survived by three children: Stephaine Edsall of Belleville, Timothy (Becky) Martin of Freeburg, and Shannon (Ryan) York of Fairview Heights; four step-children: Terry Barton of Shiloh, Donald Barton, Jr. of Troy, IL, Dana Ramsey of Shiloh and Daryl Barton of Troy, MO; five grandchildren: Tara Rice, Joshua Edsall, Ashley Martin, Trenton York and Emylee Martin; and four great-grandchildren: Samuel, Kaine, Kylie and Allyssia.
Mrs. Barton was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Visiation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2014 at Kalmer Memorial Services, on Rt. 50 between Lebanon and O'Fallon. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
Mrs. Barton was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
