Obituary for Kaywynne Weiler-Adams
Kaywynne Weiler-Adams, age 79, of Edwardsville, died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Lebanon Care Center in Lebanon, IL. She was born July 31, 1936 in Glen Carbon, IL, the daughter of the late Kermit G. and Sally (Cunningham) Weiler. She married Philip H. adams, Jr. He survives. Also surviving are two sons: Karl Adams and Erik (Dana) Adams, both of Edwardsville; two grandchildren: Justin and Emilee Adams; and one brother, Gerald Weiler of Glen Carbon.
Mrs. Adams was retired from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She also enjoyed writing poetry and was published many times. She was a member of the American Poetry Society and St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Glen Carbon.
According to her wishes, her remains will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
