Margaret  Rickert (Schreiber)
Margaret Rickert, age 92, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Lebanon Care Center in Lebanon.

She was born August 21, 1920 in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of the late Paul and Lorraine (Bosch) Schreiber. She married Leonard Rickert Nov. 16, 1943; He preceded her in death Aug. 24, 1994.

She is survived by two children: Margene (Martin) Baudino of Belleville, IL and Gary Rickert of O'Fallon, IL; four grandchildren: Melissa (Michael) McKay of St. Charles, MO, Julie Meyer of Lake St. Louis, MO, Eric (Sasha) Meyer of Denver, CO and Jamie (Ben) Scobbie of Collinsville, IL; five step-grandchildren: John (Melody) Baudino of Lewiston, MI, Michael Baudino of Ft. Myers, FL, Sheri Baudino of Lewiston, MI, Troy (Heather) Baudino of Round Rock, TX, and Laura Tomerlin of Carlyle, IL; twelve great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Rickert worked for Sears. She was also a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Belleville.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, July 18, 2013 at St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church in Belleville. A funeral mass will immediately follow. Burial will be in Green Mount Catholic Cemetery in Belleville. Memorial contributions may be given as masses or to Unity Hospice or the American Diabetes Assn.
