I have some fun memories of my Uncle Norm joking around & telling stories when I was a young child at grandma's house, he always made me laugh. Though it's been many years since those childhood days it was so nice to him again this past summer. What a blessing that my daughters got to meet their great Uncle Norman too. Grateful for that time & to see him together with my dad (his youngest brother) again. I know he loved you much. May you rest in peace. Sending prayers & my deepest sympathes to your wife, children & all those who love you.
God looked around His garden and found an empty space. Then He looked down upon this earth and He saw your tired face. He put His arms around you and He lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful; He only takes the best. You are loved and will be greatly missed.
My loving brother Norm taught me everything i know about sports, and we shared many fond memories, as he watched many of my games. He was very proud of setting Missouri state record in 440 yd. hurdle's. He was an outstanding athlete. He also loved to write: poems; and short stories, and was quest speaker several times for McDonnell Douglas. Norm always stood firm on what he believed was true. He was his own person, definately not a follower. I am thankful that Norm and I were able to spend time together during the past few years, and hug, and tell each other how much we loved one another. He often spoke of his family; wife; all of his children; grand-children; great grand-children; and always with a loving thought of how thankful he was for his family. I pray that someday I will be with my brother again.
