Phyllis A. Kohrman, age 72, of Lebanon, died at 10:20 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville. She was born August 28, 1941 in Breese, IL, the daughter of the late Alvin and Dolores (Schwierjohn) Beckmann. She married Louis Kohrman October 18, 1960 in Germantown, IL. He preceded her in death September 12, 2011. She is survived by three children: Jeffry (Sandy) Kohrman of Katy, TX, Lisa Kohrman Golden of O'Fallon, MO, and Angela Levan of Carlinville; 10 grandchildren: Victoria Melton, Samuel Kohrman, Joe Gwinn, Jessica Gwinn, Abby (Stephen) Golden Asadorian, Lesley Golden, Lorey Golden, Justin Levan, Kyle Levan, and Rachel Levan; five great-grandchildren: Triston, Jason, and Madison Melton, and Ava Asadorian and Eli Asadorian; two sisters: Jacqueline (Ron) Maue of Carlyle and Esther (Ollie) Santel of Cedar Rapids, IA; one brother, Dennis (Donna) Beckmann of Breese; one sister-in-law, Marilyn Stanford of Flora, IL; and one brother-in-law, Jerry Kohrman of Godfrey, IL. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers-in-law: Tom Kohrman, Wally Crown and Alan Stanford; and two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Kohrman and Elaine Tibbs.

Phyllis was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon and enjoyed sewing, painting and gardening.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon. A memorial mass will immediately folllow. Burial of her cremated remains will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Lebanon
